2. About cookies

(a) comment_author_email, comment_author, comment_author_url to remember users who commented, for the purpose of auto-filling the email, author name and URL fields in the comment form

(c) jetpack_comments_subscribe, jetpack_blog_subscribe stores whether the user has subscribed to comments or the blog

6. Blocking cookies
